Summer Student: Lead Generation & Agency Assistant
Location: 320-340 Midpark Way SE Calgary Alberta T2X1P1
Opportunity: Part Time – 15-25 hours per week

Position Overview:
We are hiring two motivated and outgoing summer students to support our agency through a combination of lead generation, community engagement, and administrative assistance.
This is a hands-on role ideal for students interested in business, sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship who want real-world experience and the opportunity to build confidence in communication and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach (Primary Focus):
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and lead lists
Participate in door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods and business communities
Engage with community members at events to introduce our services
Identify and qualify potential leads and book appointments for licensed advisors
Track outreach activity and results consistently
Agency & Administrative Support:
Assist with office organization, supplies management, and light administrative tasks
Coordinate and complete office errands (pick-ups, drop-offs, event materials, etc.)
Support client experience through preparation of documents and materials
Marketing & Community Presence:
Assist with summer community events and local marketing initiatives
Support social media content ideas and basic execution
Help maintain a strong and positive brand presence in the community
Outbound Lead Generation Expectations (Clear Performance Metrics):
Complete 40–60 outbound calls per shift (depending on shift length)
Participate in 1–2 door-knocking sessions per week (team-based for support and safety)
Generate a minimum of 5–10 qualified leads per week
Book 2–5 appointments per week for licensed advisors
Accurately track all outreach activity in our system

Position Details:
Part-time (15–25 hours per week)
Seasonal (May–August, flexible based on availability -a successful candidate may be eligible for contract extension)
Hourly pay ($20/hour) + potential performance-based incentives/bonuses
